If you want to learn how to use Flash, you're going to need to learn the basics.

Flash is an easy program to get used to, but if you haven't gotten that kind of time with it, then it can be a tricky place.

The Flash environment is relatively easy to get used to and will allow you to easily create Flash animations and games.

First you must learn about all the tools. Then you can use them to create objects, graphics, or buttons. These can be moved on frames and keyframes, and changed into tweens. Later, once you have gained some skill, you can learn Frame by Frame, and use such devices as art tablets.
